Evergreen IPA is built from Peak’s flagship IPA, but enhances the hoppy pine notes by blending in organic juniper berries and organic spruce. The result is a unique IPA with bright pine and resin hop character. The finish is distinctly crisp, begging for another sip.

Happy Hour is a masterfully designed pilsner. Built to be crisp, clean and crushable. This beer is easygoing and pairs well with everything, including another beer! With this new pilsner, it’s always Happy Hour.
Crush IPA takes the citrus characteristics of Peak IPA and elevates them with a subtle addition of organic blood orange peel. The juicy citrus aroma really pops, and the brisk body of the beer is accented with notes of bright ripened fruit.
Suggested Food Pairings: Mango Salad, fish taco’s, Fajitas, lemon-baked cod.
The first widely distributed White Ale poured on Nitro. Bursting with notes of citrus and light spice, the White Nitro showcases a traditional Belgian yeast with a touch of zesty lemongrass. The big, fluffy nitro pour accentuates the delectable mouthfeel of this White Ale. Peak Organic has chosen to feature local organic wheat from Oechsner Farm in Newfield, New York. Its refreshing and brisk, yet loaded with flavor.

High Note is a Belgian White Ale featuring locally grown wheat and a big, bright blend of lemongrass, orange peel, and coriander. It showcases all the classic characteristics of a Belgian Wit, but adds a very unique citrus character that jumps out of the glass on the first sip – hence the name “High Note.”

We’re fans of a refreshing squeeze of citrus in our drinks. So we made a unique beer to showcase that, with Belgian Saison yeast to give surprising complexity. It’s kind of like a Shandy, but, you know, in a classy way.
Suggested Food Pairings: Mesclun greens and arugula, pad Thai, shellfish, curried dishes.
Fall is hop harvest time, when our hops are most ripe and pungent (stick your nose in a glass, you’ll see). In this unique spin on a classic style, rich malt dances with remarkable, aromatic hops. Prost!

Our Nitro Stout is brimming with rich malt flavor and a soft, airy mouthfeel. This beer cascades upwards and spins into creamy, dark swirls. A blend of local pale malt, local wheat malt, black malt, crystal malt, munich malt and chocolate malt provides the foundation for this dark and creamy beer.
Suggested Food Pairings: charbroiled steak, Mexican or Cajun dishes, oysters, shrimp, rich chocolate desserts, vanilla ice cream for a nitro stout float.
Who doesn’t like the holidays? Savory foods,awesome spices, lots of family time (but hopefully not too much). In that spirit, here’s our contribution to these great days. A dark saison with subtle holiday spices.

Fresh Cut is a dry-hopped pilsner. Chinook, Citra and Centennial hops provide aromas of citrus, grass and spice. Though the front palate is loud with IPA qualities, the finish is distinctly pilsner- crisp, dry and extremely refreshing. Enjoy!

Hop Blanc is a heavenly White IPA. Local wheat and Belgian yeast give this beer a soft mouthfeel, while Centennial, Simcoe and Citra hops provide a bright rush of tropical and citrus flavors up front. This beer is the cheery, angelic cousin of the more sinister Hop Noir.
Suggested Food Pairings: Shellfish, Kale Salads, and most mexican dishes.
Our Pale Ale is a complex hybrid between a West-Coast Pale Ale and a British-Style Pale Ale. An abundance of Cascade Hops gives this beer a citrusy, floral nose. We use a high percentage of Caramel Malt to provide a stark contrast to the hoppy front palate, giving our pale ale a smooth, malty finish.

We love the piney, fruity flavors of Simcoe® hops. This is a classic pale ale, single-hopped and dry-hopped with Simcoe. We cold condition this beer and give it a restrained malt profile, so the hops really pop, like flora in spring. Our friends Patrick, Jason and Brad grow these luscious hops and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

This autumn ale is a showcase of the mighty Summit™ hop. Our friend Jason grows amazing Summits that combine pine, spice and captivating citrus aromas. A good dose of toasted malts provides warm, rich flavors to contrast the hops on the front palate. Cold fermentation gives a surprisingly crisp finish. We hope you enjoy this unique fall brew.

This winter wheat beer uses dark malting to provide subtle toasty notes. We then single-hop and dry-hop this beer with Citra hops from our friend Brad’s farm. Interesting pineapple notes from the Citra hop provide a stark contrast to the toasty notes in the body. An engaging and sessionable Winter Seasonal.

Hop Noir is a delectable Black IPA, dripping with piney, aromatic Centennial hops. The malt base is dark and rich, anchored by organic black malt. This provides a strong foundation for the extravagant kettle hopping and dry-hopping that this beer experiences. Enjoy with a night-light.

This series is a celebration of tasty local ingredients and distinctive terroir. We brewed four beers, each with barley and hops from one particular state (Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts and New York). Each beer in the series was brewed according to a similar recipe, to achieve an ale that is assertively-hopped and dry-hopped, but also bold in its malt character. Since the recipe is consistent, the flavor difference in each beer results from the distinctive local terroir. Working with skilled farmers to craft this series has been an exceptional experience for us. We hope you enjoy the result.
