Sparkle Brut IPA

We love sipping on super dry, effervescent champagnes as the weather warms - so we made an IPA that re-creates that experience. Sparkle uses a wicked light grain bill and a special yeast strain to get in a crisp, bone-dry body. We absolutely LOAD this beer up with organic Calypso, Azacca, Idaho 7 and Citra hops, to give a huge burst of fruit and pine aromas. A healthy dose of bubbles rounds out this drinking experience, and creates a very unique concoction. We hope you enjoy! Sparkle - A Toast to life’s Peak moments!
